Nahua’s artisanal sugar-free chocolate bars are made daily by Master Chocolatiers. Presented in beautiful packaging reminiscent of the Costa Rican rainforest. A sugar substitute is used whose ingredients (*) determine a very low glycemic index, which makes them suitable for diabetics, those who follow diets and those who wish to avoid sugar. The chocolates are produced with unique, single-origin Trinitario cocoa beans, grown by more than 400 small producers in the northern tropical region of Costa Rica. Farmers benefit from higher purchasing prices and are empowered through its technical, ecological and social programs.
