Expect an email from a Costa Rica Gifting sales representative to confirm the details of your order, including desired imprinting and customization, gift wrapping, exact pricing, payment, and shipping information.
Your order will only be placed once you’ve spoken to a representative.

Once an order has been placed, we will send you art proof for your approval.

We will contact you if the product is unavailable with an alternative selection. Our mission is to make your promotion the best it can be! We want you to get your products on time and at the best possible price!

All orders placed at Costa Rica Gifting require prepayment in full. We recommend the use of wire transfers and credit cards. Please be aware that forms of payment that require funds to clear into our account can delay your order. We will not confirm orders until our bank has cleared your funds.

Art Preparation
We will prepare an artwork proof and send you an image for approval.
We cannot guarantee exact matches among imprint colors and surface colors. We work for as much consistency as possible.
Production Time
Production time is approximately 15- 20 working days depending on craftsman availability and quantities.
Production does not begin until we have received approval of artwork proof and payment.
Working days do not include weekends or holidays.

We endeavor to ship your products to your desired destination by the most economical means given your specified date and production limitations.
We guarantee that your items will be at your desired property the day specified on our Order Acknowledgment. We cannot be held responsible for loss or any other cause beyond our control. If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, you will be responsible for the full invoiced amount of the items.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
